Abstract:

Politika zamestnanosti patrí medzi tie oblasti, na ktoré je najviac sústredená pozornosť nie len politikov, ale celej spoločnosti. Nezamestnanosť, je jeden z najhorších javov modernej spoločnosti, predstavuje problém, s ktorým sa viac či menej stretávajú vlády všetkých krajín nielen v Európskej únii, ale celého sveta. Hospodárska politika a politika zamestnanosti sú úzko previazané. Obe politiky sledujú spoločné ciele, ktorými môžeme nazvať podpora zamestnanosti a znižovanie nezamestnanosti. Politika zamestnanosti sleduje svoj cieľ svojimi nástrojmi, buď to plošne, alebo diferenciovane, napr. regionálne. Toto vymedzenie politiky zamestnanosti sa často používa pri porovnávaní politiky zamestnanosti v Európskej únii a napríklad Českej republiky. Viac pracovných miest, lepšie pracovné miesta a rovnaké príležitosti sú hlavnými sloganmi európskej politiky zamestnanosti a sociálnej politiky. Zámerom Únie je, aby bol každý primerane vybavený na udržanie pokroku so zmenou v znalostnej ekonomike. Politika zamestnanosti a sociálna politika sú základom toho, čo sa nazýva „lisabonskou agendou“ politiky EU.

Abstract:

The employment policy ranks among those economic realms, which are one of the most observed by politicians and by whole society. Unemployment is one of the most negative phenomenons of the modern society. It represents the issue, with which the governments of all European Union countries and all other countries in the world broadly deal with. The economic policy and the employment policy are mutually connected. Both of these policies are in pursuit of the one economic objective, which are to be called promotion of employment and decreasing of unemployment. The employment policy is in pursuit of its objective with the aid of its own tools, showing off the matter globally or differentially, e.g. regionally. This determination of the employment policy is often used in employment policy confrontation of the European Union and for example the Czech Republic. More job vacancies, better job vacancies and the same job opportunities are the principal slogans of the european employment policy and social policy. The intention of the European Union is, that every body would be adequately equipped with the knowledge of the economy necessary for the progress retention. The employment policy and social policy are the base of the “Lisboa Agenda“, which ranks among main European Union policy.
