Diplomová práce se zabývá tím, jak začínající učitelé vnímají svoji autoritu ve třídě. Teoretická část práce popisuje pojmy jako autorita, kázeň, moc, interakce, začínající učitel, zkušenostní gestalt. Vnímání učitelů bylo zkoumáno skrze kvalitativní šetření hloubkovými nestrukturovanými rozhovory za použití metody čistého jazyka. The thesis deals with authority of beginning teachers. Thesis is focused on authority of beginning teachers from their own perspective. Theoretical part of the thesis outlines terms like authority, discipline, power, interaction, beginning teacher and experiential gestalt.
