Abstract:

Tato absolventská práce je projektem kvalitativního výzkumu. Cílem práce je zmapovat dopady osobní asistence na vztahy klienta s členy rodiny. První část práce je věnována teoretickému vymezení služby osobní asistence. Pojednává tedy o její charakteristice, typech, podmínkách poskytování i specifikách. Druhá část práce se zabývá vymezením rodiny. V tomto případě tedy rodinnou adaptací, zdroji rodiny i její odolností. Charakterizován je dospělý člověk a jeho potřeby. Samostatnou kapitolu tvoří zásady komunikace. Součástí práce je také metodologické pojetí výzkumu, společně s dalšími stěžejními informacemi (cíl, výzkumná otázka, přínos). Práci uzavírá etická rovina výzkumu.

Abstract:

This theses is a project of qualitative research. The aim of this work is to map impacts of personal assistance on client´s relationships with family members. First part of my thesis is focused on theoretical explanation of personal assistance as a service. It describes about its characteristics, types, condition of rendering and its specific aspects. Second part of this work is focused on family and definition of family – in this case adaptation within family, family resources and its resistance. Adult human and his need are described. A separate chapter consists of the principles of communication. Methodological aspects of research as well as other main information (such as the goal, research problem and benefits) are also part of this thesis. My theses is concluded with ethical level of research.
