Cieľom práce je vytvorenie podnikateľského zámeru a analýzy uskutočniteľnosti nápadu na otvorenie kaviareňského zariadenia v Bratislave. Informácie obsiahnuté v teoretickej časti autor čerpal z odbornej literatúry, kotrá mu pomohla zmapovať problematiku v oblasti podnikania v gastronómii, vrátane legislatívnych požiadavkov.
