Abstract:
Práce je věnována zefektivnění materiálových toků a současně přeuspořádání strojního par-ku tak, aby došlo k vytvoření zlepšeného logistického systému. Vstřikolisovna v současné době obsahuje 47 vstřikolisů a neustále dochází k navyšování počtu strojů. Cílem je využití všech zdrojů pro zásobování pracovišť a odebírání hotové výroby se zlepšením současného layoutu. Práce je vymezena do dvou částí. Teoretická …more

The diploma thesis is dedicated to streamlining of material flow and while rearrangement of machinery so as to create an improved logistics system. The injection molding plant currently contains 47 injection molding machines and the number of machines is constantly increasing.
