Kulturní standardy v česko-ruských formálních vztazích

Abstract:

Bakalářskou práci jsem napsala proto, abych pomohla Rusům a Čechům lépe si porozumět nejen v běžném životě, ale i v práci nebo na univerzitě. Formální vztahy nejsou jednoduchou záležitostí, když člověk o odlišných kulturách, se kterými pracuje, mnoho neví. Mým hlavním cílem tedy bylo seznámit se s českou kulturou a porovnat ji s tou mojí. Hloubkový výzkum provedený pomocí dotazníků a rozhovorů ukazuje, jak prostředí, ve kterém člověk vyrůstal, ovlivňuje chování a vidění života a práce. V první teoretické části popisuji, jak chápat samotný význam kultury a hlavní informace o obou zemích. V následující praktické části jsem provedla kvalitativní a kvantitativní výzkum, abych rozšířila problematiku pobytu v mezinárodním prostředí, kde jsou kolem lidé různých kultur a člověk to musí samostatně zvládat.

Abstract:

My bachelor thesis was written by me to help Russians and Czechs understand each other better, not only in everyday life but also at work or at university. Formal relationships are not an easy thing when a person does not know much about the different cultures he or she works with. So, my main aim was to get acquainted with the Czech culture and compare it with mine. Deep research made by questionnaires and interviews shows how the environment where a person was raised affects the behavior and the vision of life and work. In the first theoretical part, I describe how to understand the meaning of culture itself and the main information about the two countries. In the following practical part, I have conducted qualitative and quantitative research to broaden the problem of being in an international environment where people of different cultures are around, and a person must manage it independently.
