Tématem diplomové práce jsou úpadkové trestné činy. Tato práce se skládá ze 4 hlavních kapitol. První kapitola se zabývá pojmy k úpadkovým trestným činům a vysvětluje principy insolvenčního řízení. Druhá kapitola popisuje historický vývoj úpadkových deliktů v českých zemích po roce 1918. Třetí kapitola se věnuje jednotlivým úpadkovým deliktům. Abstract:
The theme of the thesis is the bankruptcy crimes. This work consists of 4 main chapters. The first chapter deals with the concept of bankruptcy crimes and explains the principles of insolvency proceeding. The second chapter describes historical progress of the bankruptcy crimes in the Czech lands after the year 1918. The third chapter is devoted to individual bankruptcy crimes.
