The Work with the Transformation of Body Tension in Solo Theatre Performance

Abstract:

V bakalářské práci se zaměřuji na výzkum změn tělového napětí v divadle jednoho herce. Pozoruji, jak se tyto změny podílejí na tvorbě postav, nalezení jevištního partnera v sobě samém, zvládnutí temporytmu inscenace atd. Pozorování provádím na autorských inscenacích, které se různí podle toho, zda mají režiséra či zda v nich režisérskou funkci zastává autor-herec. Přihlížela jsem procesu tvorby divadla jednoho herce a zhlédla několik představení od studentů herectví i od zkušenějších profesionálů. Dvě inscenace zde podrobně rozebírám. Autorsky i herecky jsem se také podílela na sólové inscenaci Giuliettiny noci a nyní zde reflektuji i své vlastní postupy a zkušenosti.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis focuses on the research of transformation of body tension in solo theatre performance. It observes how the tranformation participates in the creational process of characters,fading the inner theatre partner in an actor’s self, or how it helps to manage the temporhythm of production, etc. My observation focuses on authorial productions, which vary one from the other in the facto f having a director or that the actor/actress has a directorial fiction himself/herself. I watched a process of creation of a solo theatre performances and I attended several performances by students of acting as well as those made by more experienced professionals. I created my own solo authorial production and thus I am able to reflect on my own process and experiences.
