Criminological characteristics and typical traces in investigating the causes of fires

Abstract:

V této práci se budu co nejlépe snažit přiblížit problematiku vyšetřování příčin vzniku požáru. Zaměřím se na jednotlivé dílčí aspekty této činnosti a bezpečnostní složky, jenž tuto činnost provádí s objasněním jejich kooperace. Zvláštnosti a specifika, jenž zde kriminalistická charakteristika nachází. Dále se budu věnovat typickým stopám při vzniku požáru a jejich významu při určování příčiny vzniku požáru a metodám jejich získávání. Cílem této práce je hlubší poznání vybraného tématu a předání co možná nejkvalitnějšího náhledu čtenáři na tuto problematiku.

Abstract:

In this thesisI will be trying to take a better look at problematic of investigating of causes of fire. I will focus at practical implications of this activity and security forces which are doing this activity and their cooperation. Characteristic and specification, which can criminal characteristic find there. And also I will devote to typical footprints in causes of fire and methodes of their acquisition. The goal of this thesis is deeper understanding of this topic and giving reader as best as possible look of this problematic.
