Práce se zabývá proměnou postavení parlamentu v politickém systému Ukrajiny v letech 2002 až 2008. Jejím cílem je analyzovat, jakým způsobem se pozice parlamentu v systému proměnila, jaký je vztah parlamentu k ostatním složkám státní moci a souvislosti formálních změn s praktickou politikou. The text is focused on changes of the position of the parliament within the political system of Ukraine during the period 2002 to 2008. The aim of the work is to analyse in which way the position of parliament transformed, what kind of relations the parliament has to the other elements of power and what teh connections between formal changes and practical politics.
