Relatioship of the Civil Code and Labour Code
Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá historií vztahu mezi občanským zákoníkem a zákoníkem práce, rozebírá nález ÚS č. 116/2008 Sb., který do tohoto vztahu významně zasáhl a zásadní změny zákoníku práce, ke kterým došlo v souvislosti s tímto nálezem. A v poslední části se věnuje možné aplikací některých institutů občanského práva v pracovněprávních vztazích.
Abstract:
This thesis deals with the history of the relationship between the Civil Code and Labour Code, discusses the discovery of CC No. 116/2008 Coll. in which this relationship has affected a significant and fundamental changes in the Labour Code, which occurred in connection with this finding.
