Prevence of an illegal employment focused on long-term unemployed persons

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou nelegálního zaměstnávání, zejména u dlouhodobě nezaměstnaných osob - uchazečů o zaměstnání, evidovaných na Úřadu práce. Teoretická část je věnována charakteristice pojmů jako trh práce, nezaměstnanost, závislá práce, nelegální práce, prevence a v neposlední řadě je v ní specifikována činnost kontrolních orgánů v oblasti nelegálního zaměstnávání. Praktická část je tvořena výzkumem, který probíhal formou dotazníkového šetření. Cílem bylo zjistit povědomí dotazovaných uchazečů o zaměstnání o důsledcích a nebezpečí nelegálního zaměstnávání. Především se jednalo o respondenty s nízkým vzděláním, dlouhodobě evidovaných na ÚP, kdy u nich existoval předpoklad, že budou nelegální práci v budoucnu vykonávat, nebo ji už vykonávají. Součástí práce jsou konkrétní závěry vyvozené z provedeného výzkumu.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with the issue of illegal employment especially with long-term unemployed people - job seekers registered with the Labour Office. The theoretical part occupies itself with the characteristics of the notions such as labour market, unemployment, dependent work, illegal work, prevention and, last but not least, the activities of the supervisory authorities in the field of illegal employment are specified there. The practical part consists of the research which was conducted in the form of a questionnaire investigation. Its aim was to elicit the questioned job seekers' awareness of the consequences and dangers of illegal employment. Mainly, they were respondents with low levels of education who were registered with the Labour Office in the long term and who were presumed to practise illegal work in the future or they already did so. The thesis includes specific conclusions deduced from the conducted research.
