Abstract:

V průběhu života ženy hrají hormony významnou roli v jejím fyzickém, emocionálním a duševním zdraví. Klíčové fáze, jako je puberta, těhotenství a menopauza jsou všechny doprovázeny hormonálními výkyvy. Například puberta je poznamenána zvýšením estrogenu a progesteronu, které spouští menstruační cyklus. Během těhotenství stoupají hormony progesteron a estrogen, aby podpořily vývoj plodu a připravily tělo na porod. Menopauza zahrnuje pokles hladiny estrogenu a progesteronu, což signalizuje konec reprodukčních let ženy. Každá z těchto změn může vyvolat různé fyziologické reakce, změny nálad a emoční citlivost.

Abstract:

Throughout a woman's life hormones play a significant role in physical, emotional and mental health. Key stages such as puberty, pregnancy and menopause are all accompanied by hormonal fluctuations. For example, puberty is marked by anincrease in estrogen and progesterone, which triggers the menstrual cycle. During pregnancy the hormones progesterone and estrogen rise to support the development of the fetus and prepare the body for childbirth. Menopause involves a drop in estrogen and progesterone levels, signaling the end of a woman's reproductive years. Each of these changes can trigger different physiological responses, mood swings and emotional sensitivity.
