Autor se zabývá doporučením nejvýhodnější varianty provozu a správy stávajících plaveckých zařízení v Plzni na základě vlivu zvažovaného záměru výstavby nového aquaparku. V teoretické části autor čtenáře seznámí s použitím strategické analýzy, PEST analýzy a SWOT analýzy. Tyto nástroje jsou později zužitkovány v části praktické. The author deals with the recommendations of the best variant operation and management of existing swimming facilities in Pilsen considered the influence of the planned construction of a new water park.
