Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá daňovou odpovědností třetích osob. Zaměřuje se na vymezení pojmu obecné odpovědnosti a zvláště pak odpovědnosti právní, dále pak významu pojmu daň a daňová odpovědnost. V práci jsou rozebrány třetí osoby jako právní subjekty a existence jejich daňové odpovědnosti. The purpose of dissertation „Tax acccount of the third subjects“ is to analyse existence of tax account of the third subjects in czech legal order. Thesis starts from common liability and general legal liability, next conception of tax and idea of third subject and throught these notions it attemts to delimitate tax account itself and tax account of the third parties.
