Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na valuaci vlivu různých atributů bytů na cenu nájemného v Brně pomocí hédonické cenové metody. Teoretická část pojednává o základních pojmech nemovitosti, atributech a specifikách byd-lení. Praktická část je zaměřena na sběr dat, deskriptivní, korelační a re-gresní analýzu datového souboru a vyhodnocení vlivu různých atributů na cenu pronájmu bytů 1+kk v Brně.
Abstract:
The diploma thesis focuses on the evaluation of influence of different attributes of apartments on the price of rent in the city Brno with the help of the hedonic pricing method. The theoretical part discusses the basic concepts of real estate, attributes, and specifics of housing.
