The real returns on assets and inflation
Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá reálnými výnosy státních pokladničních poukázek a státních dluhopisů za pomocí statistického testu PELT, která identifikovala body zlomů v časové řadě u 18-ti vyspělých zemí ve sledovaném období od roku 1870 do roku 2020. Výsledky propočtů a charakteristik bylo vyhodnoceno, že naměřené body zlomů odpovídají historickému kontextu.
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis describes real returns of treasury bills and government bonds using the PELT statistical test, which identified the breakpoints in the time series for 18 developed countries in the study period from 1870 to 2020. The results of the calculations and the characteristics were evaluated that the measured breakpoints are consistent with the historical context.
