Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na problematiku fyzioterapie u pacienta se spinální arteriovenózní malformací, u kterého došlo po embolizaci léze k rozvoji spastické paraparézy dolních končetin. Pacient podstupuje léčbu aplikací botulotoxinu typu A v kombinaci s cíleným cvičením v podobě progresivního strečinku a rychlých opakovaných pohybů. Fyzioterapie je podřízena pacientovým cílům. Abstract:
This bachelor's thesis focuses on the issue of physiotherapy in a patient with spinal arteriovenous malformation, and who developed spastic paraparesis of the lower limbs after embolization of the lesion. The patient undergoes treatment with the application of botulinum toxin in combination with targeted exercise in the form of progressive stretching and rapid repetitive movements.
