Abstract:
Bakalářská práce vychází z rozboru pojmů, které tvoří časté východis-ko pro právní úvahy na dané téma: autonomie a umělá inteligence. Jako definiční standard využívá předpis SAE J3016. Popisuje stávající právní úpravu odpovědnosti za vady výrobku v českém občanském zákoníku i ve směrnici 85/374/EHS. Abstract:
Bachelor thesis is based on an analysis of terms, commonly used in legal reasoning on the given topic: autonomy and artificial intelli-gence. Standard SAE J3016 is used for definitions of terms. Thesis de-scribes the current legal regulation of liability for defective products in both Czech Civil Code and Directive 85/374/EEC.
