Examination using imaging methods before intervention on arterial riverbed of the lower limbs

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce s názvem Vyšetření pomocí zobrazovacích metod před intervenčním výkonem na tepenném řečišti dolních končetin je zaměřena zejména na zjištění, jaká radiodiagnostická metoda před intervenčním výkonem se používá nejčastěji. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí, a to na část teoretickou a část praktickou. V teoretické části je popsána nejčastější patologie tepen dolních končetin. Jsou zde rozepsány jednotlivé zobrazovací a zároveň vyšetřovací metody, které se používají k diagnostice onemocnění tepen dolních končetin. Praktická část práce je opřena o kvantitativní výzkum založený na datech získaných z FN Plzeň. Zkoumaná data jsou anonymizované údaje o pacientech, u kterých byl ve stanoveném časovém úseku proveden intervenční výkon na tepnách dolních končetin. Shromážděná data jsou nakonec interpretována pomocí grafů a v závěru praktické části je určena statisticky nejčastější radiodiagnostická metoda před intervenčním výkonem.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis which is entitled Examination using imaging methods before intervention on arterial riverbed of the lower limbs is mainly focused on finding out which radiodiagnostic method is mostly used before interventional procedure. The thesis is divided into two parts, the theoretical part and the practical part. The theoretical part is focused on describing pathology of the arteries of the lower limbs. In this part are described most common imaging methods and examination methods, which are used to diagnose diseases of the arteries of the lower limbs. The practical part of the thesis is based on quantitative research and is based on data obtained from the FN Pilsen. Examined data are anonymous personal data of the patients to whom the interventional procedure of the arteries of the lower limbs were performed. Collected data are then interpereted and at the end the most used radiodiagnostic method is determineted.
