Analysis of the offer of compulsory liability on the Czech market

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce analyzuje nabídku povinného ručení na českém trhu. Z počátku je čtenářům vysvětleno povinné ručení z obecného hlediska a vše, co se s tímto pojištěním pojí. Nesmí chybět smluvní náležitosti a hlavní typy připojištění. Dále se podíváme na účastníky pojistného trhu na našem území a detailněji bude charakterizováno všech 12 pojišťoven nabízející sjednání povinného ručení. Závěr práce je věnován tvorbě pojistného ze strany pojistitele i pojistníka, se zaměřením na analýzu určitých faktorů působící na konečnou cenu povinného ručení, které může ovlivnit pojistník.

Abstract:

This bachelor’s work analyses the offer of compulsory liability on the Czech market. From the outset readers are explained the obligatory liability in general terms and everything associated with this insurance. There must be no lack of contractual formalities and major types of supplementary insurance. Next, we look at the participants in the insurance market in our territory, and all 12 insurance companies offering to negotiate compulsory liability will be characterised in more detail. The conclusion of the work is devoted to the formation of premiums by both the insurer and the policyholder, focusing on the analysis of certain factors affecting the final price of the compulsory liability that may affect the policyholder.
