Supplementary Pension and Pension Reforms Insurance in the Czech Republic and in Germany

This thesis is focused on a comparison of retirement-pension reforms in the Czech Republic and in Germany. The paper is divided in two parts, a theoretical and a practical one. In the theoretical part, there is description of history of a social welfare system, a pension system and its reforms. Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na důchodové pojištění a důchodovou reformu v České republice ve srovnání s Německem. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části je popsán historický vývoj sociálního systému, penzijní systém, reforma důchodového pojištění.
