Logistics Process in Credit Granting

Abstract:

Předmětem bakalářské práce "Logistický proces při poskytovaní úvěru". Jedná se o popis dílčích procesů u úvěrového případu a konkrétní popis vybraných procesů, při poskytovaní úvěru klientovi v ČSOB. První část je zaměřena na teorii úvěru a popsání finanční služby. V dalších částech následuje popis jednotlivých produktů a služeb nabízený bankou ČSOB, fází úvěrového procesu, finanční a nefinanční úvěrová analýza a popis metod hodnocení bonity klienta jakými jsou metody skóring a rating. Závěrečná část práce je zaměřena k popsání struktury procesu, na modelovém případu, na základě dotazníkového šetření, ze kterého budou vybrány určité subjekty, kde bude rozhodnuto o poskytnutí úvěru.

Abstract:

The subject of the bachelor thesis is "Logistic process in granting credit". It is a description of the partial processes in a credit case and a specific description of selected processes when providing a loan to a client at CSOB. The first part focuses on the theory of credit and the description of the financial service. In the following parts there is a description of the individual products and services offered by CSOB, the stages of the credit process, financial and non-financial credit analysis and a description of the methods of assessing the client's creditworthiness such as scoring and rating. The final part of the thesis is aimed at describing the structure of the process, using a model case, based on a questionnaire survey, from which certain entities will be selected where the decision to grant credit will be made
