Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem a konstrukcí elektrického jízdního kola, které je vhodné pro dojíždění po městě i pro jízdu po nerovném terénu. Následně jsou u tohoto elektrokola testovány parametry a následně komparovány s alternativními a podobnými dopravními prostředky. Existuje nespočet možností, jak takové elektrokolo navrhnout a způsob, který byl zvolen pro konstrukci tohoto není v současné době běžný, ale narůstá na popularitě. Praktická část se dělí na tři základní oblasti. Jendou je samotná konstrukce mechanických součásti elektrokola, jehož postup se nepříliš liší od konstrukce toho tradičního, jen komponenty jsou o větších rozměrech. V druhé oblasti je řešena elektronická část elektrokola, kde byla zvolena možnost výroby vlastního Lithium-iontového akumulátoru (battery packu), což snižuje výrazně jeho pořizovací náklady a přenáší kontrolu nad kvalitou do rukou konstruktéra. Dále bylo nutné rozvedení kabeláže pro všechny komponenty. V poslední oblasti došlo primárně k testování dojezdu a akcelerace výkonnostních možností tohoto elektrokola, kterých je možno dosáhnout pouze v oblastech, které se nenachází mimo veřejné dopravní komunikace. Dále došlo k základnímu porovnání s alternativními dopravními prostředky, jako jsou například jiná elektrická jízdní kola a elektrické koloběžky.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis deals with the design and construction of an electric bicycle, which is suitable for commuting around the city and for riding on uneven terrain. Subsequently, the parameters of this electric bicycle are tested and subsequently compared with alternative and similar means of transport. There are countless ways to design such an e-bike, and the method chosen to build it is not currently common but growing in popularity. The practical part is divided into three basic areas. Another is the actual construction of the mechanical components of the e-bike, the process of which is not very different from the construction of a traditional one, only the components are larger in size. In the second area, the electronic part of the e-bike is dealt with, where the possibility of manufacturing one's own Lithium-ion accumulator (battery pack) was chosen, which significantly reduces its acquisition costs and transfers control over quality to the hands of the designer. Furthermore, it was necessary to lay out the cabling for all components. In the last area, the range and acceleration of the performance options of this e-bike were primarily tested, which can only be achieved in areas that are not off public transport routes. Furthermore, there was a basic comparison with alternative means of transport, such as other electric bicycles and electric scooters.
