Employee education in the small company with operations in foreign countries
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá vzděláváním zaměstnanců malých firem. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na teorii vzdělávání dospělých a propojuje teorii s reálným nastavením vzdělávání v malých firmách. Empirická část se soustředí na zaměstnance a jejich přístup ke vzdělávání. Výzkum zjišťuje především potřeby zaměstnanců a nabídku dalšího vzdělávání poskytovaného zaměstnavatelem.
Abstract:
The bachelor thesis is dealing with the education of employees in the small companies. The theoretical part focuses on the theory of adult education and links the theory to the real education in the small companies. The empirical part focuses on employees and their acces to the education. The research inquires mainly the needs of the employees and the offer of further education provided by the employer …more
