Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na charakteristiku vnitropodnikových směrnic, jejich vlastnosti a rozdělení. Popisuje také možné chyby, kterých se při jejich tvorbě může účetní jednotka dopustit. U vybraných, nejčastěji používaných směrnic, také poukazuje na její možný vliv na výsledek hospodaření. This bachelor's thesis focuses on the characteristics of internal accounting guidelines, their properties and their categorization. It also describes common mistakes that can appear while creating them. This thesis points out the possible effects of the most frequently used guidelines on an entity´s profit.
