Předkládaná práce se zabývá problematikou komunikace a jejím vlivem na zvyšování efektivnosti firmy Železo {--} Hranice, konkrétně podniku ARMOSIT. V teoretické části je obsažena definice komunikace, principy efektivní komunikace a firemní kultura a image. Praktická část je věnována konkrétní analýze zvoleného podniku.
