Abstract:

Tomáš Hric, Permanent and temporary limitation on owners rights. (Bachelor thesis). Banking Institute of the University of Prague, Foreign University in Banská Bystrica. Department of Law and Social Sciences. Thesis supervisor: JUDr. Zlatica Tureková. The year of defense: 2013. Number of pages: 69. The bachelor’s thesis analyses the issue of permanent and temporary restriction of owner’s rights both in private and entrepreneurial sphere. At the beginning it deals with the theoretical definition of the owner’s right. It specifies in detail the subject, object, content, protection and execution of the owner’s rights, emphasising the circumstances leading to the restriction of the owner’s right exercise in the defined areas. In its further part the bachelor’s work focuses on the concrete legal bodies having an impact on the temporary and permanent restriction of owner’s rights. In the final chapter it deals with the comparison of legal regulations governing the given problem in the Slovak Republic with that in the Czech Republic. In its conclusion the bachelor’s work shows the results of work obtained within the chosen issue.

Tomáš Hric, Trvalé a dočasné obmedzenie vlastníckeho práva. (Bakalárska práca). Bankovní institut vysoká škola Praha, zahraničná vysoká škola Banská Bystrica. Katedra ekonómie, oceňovania, spoločenských vied a práva. Vedúci práce: JUDr. Zlatica Tureková. Rok obhajoby: 2013. Počet strán: 57. Bakalárska práca analyzuje problematiku trvalého a dočasného obmedzenia vlastníckeho práva tak v súkromnej ako aj v podnikateľskej sfére. Na začiatku sa venuje teoretickému vymedzeniu pojmu vlastnícke právo. Bližšie špecifikuje subjekt, predmet, obsah, ochranu a výkon vlastníckeho práva, kladúc dôraz na skutočnosti spôsobujúce obmedzenie výkonu vlastníckeho práva v definovaných oblastiach. V ďalšej časti sa bakalárska práca zameriava na konkrétne právne inštitúty majúce vplyv na dočasné a trvalé obmedzenie vlastníckeho práva. V poslednej kapitole sa venuje komparácii právnej úpravy danej problematiky v Slovenskej republike s právnou úpravou v Českej republike. V závere prináša bakalárska práca výsledky práce v rámci zvolenej problematiky.
