Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá rozhodčím řízením v obchodním styku. V teoretické části jsem nejprve objasnila pojmy rozhodčí řízení, historii rozhodčího řízení, právní povahu rozhodčího řízení a jeho druhy. Dále se tato část podrobněji zabývá výhodami a nevýhodami rozhodčího řízení při vyřizování sporů v obchodním styku.
