Methods Security of the Weapons in the Private Sector

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku způsob zabezpečení zbraní v soukromém sektoru v České republice v podmínkách současné právní úpravy. Cílem teoretické části je analyzovat aktuální české články a studie týkající se daného tématu, popsat pojem, právní úpravy, zákonné podmínky získání, registraci, evidenci zbrojního průkazu, zabezpečení zbraní a střeliva. Dále se teoretická část dotýká podmínek zabezpečení a skladování zbraní a střeliva dle zákona. Cílem praktické části je posoudit stav bezpečnosti objektu, zjistit na základě provedené analýzy způsoby zabezpečení zbraní v soukromém objektu a osob. Dále jsou navrženy nové nebo upřesňující bezpečnostní opatření a požadavky na vybavení objektů a osob.

Abstract:

The bachelor degree focuses on ways to secure weapons in the private sector in the Czech Republic in terms of current legislation. The objective is to analyze current articles and studies of international and czech on tet opic, describe the concept, legislation, legal requi-rements fot obtaning registration, registration of firearms license, the security of weapons and ammunition by law. The practial part is established on the basic of the analysis met-hods to secur weapons in private buildings, people or security agencies. Furthermore it icludes new or specifying safety measures and requirements for building services, agencies, people.
