Abstract:

Předmětem diplomové práce „Využití Activity based costing v podniku poskytujícím služby“ je analýza podnikových procesů a činností, probíhajících na mezinárodním letišti v Brně a sledování nákladů těchto činností s využitím metody kalkulací dle aktivit. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na literární rešerši, shrnující poznatky z oblasti nákladů, jejich členění, tradičních kalkulačních metod, ale zejména se zaměřuje na poznatky o metodě activity-based costing. Praktická část práce se věnuje společnosti LETIŠTĚ BRNO a.s., analýze nákladů společnosti, podnikovým činnostem a následně tvorbě strategického activity-based modelu.

Abstract:

The goal of the submitted thesis: “Activity based costing in a services providing company” is to analyze business processes and activities taking place at the international airport in Brno and monitoring costs of these activities, using the method of activity-based costing. The theoretical part is concentrated on summarizing the findings of the costs, classification of costs and traditional cost accounting, but mainly focuses on knowledge about the activity based costing. The second part is devoted to the company LETIŠTĚ BRNO a.s., the analysis of its costs, corporate activities and consequently the creation of the strategic activity-based costing model.
