Abstract:
Předmětem bakalářské práce „Organizační struktura podniku“ je zanalyzovat vývoj organizační struktury a zhodnotit organizační strukturu v konkrétním podniku. Teoretická část se zabývá organizační strukturou a možností hodnocení organizační struktury. V praktické části jsou porovnány předchozí verze organizační struktury a zhodnoceny předchozí organizační struktury.

The subject of the thesis „Company organizational structure“ is to analyze proces of company structure and to evaluate company structure of the company. The theoretical part deals with organization company and possibility of evaluation of the organizational structure.
