Předkládaná bakalářská práce se věnuje popisu spektrálního a elektrochemického chování miR-34a, což je krátký nukleotidový řetězec, jehož aberantní produkce se vyskytuje v metabolismu velkého množství nádorových tkání. Abstract:
The thesis is devoted to the description of spectral and electrochemical behavior of miR-34a which is a short nucleotide chain whose aberrant production occurs in the metabolism of a large number of tumor tissues.
