Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce se zabývá stanovením elementární formy selenu v selenem obohacených řasách rodu Scenedesmus s použitím ICP-MS jako prvkově specifického detektoru. Elementární selen je z řasy extrahován sirouhlíkem a roztokem siřičitanu. Roztok siřičitanu redukuje elementární selen na selenosíranový aniont, který je ve vodě rozpustný a lze jej separovat od jiných sloučenin selenu s využitím kombinované …more
Abstract:
The aim of this thesis is to determine elemental form of selenium in selenium enriched-algae genus Scenedesmus with ICP-MS. Carbon disulfide and sulfite solution are used for the extraction of elemental selenium. The reaction of elemental selenium with sulfite solution forms a water soluble selenosulfate that can be separated from other selenium compounds with HPLC-ICP-MS.
