Abstract:
Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na původce Legionářské nemoci. V práci se snažím charakterizovat etiologické agens Legionella pneumophila, popsat antigenní strukturu, faktory virulence a mechanismy patogeneze. Dále je zde popisován klinický obraz onemocnění, historie Legionářské nemoci a epidemiologická situace v České republice. Abstract:
Bachelor thesis is focused on the agent of Legionnaires' disease. In this work I try characterize the etiologic agents of Legionella pneumophila, describe antigenic structure, virulence factors and mechanisms of pathogenesis. Futhermore, the clinical picture of the disease, history of Legionnaires' disease and epidemiologic situation in the Czech Republic is described there. The conclusion of this …more
