Risk Management in the Production Process

Abstract:

Práca sa zaoberá risk manažmentom vo výrobnom procese v konkrétnej automobilovej spoločnosti. Na začiatku práce sú uvedené teoretické definície rizika a risk manažmentu, analýzy rizík, spôsoby vyhodnotenia rizík. Následne sa v teoretickej časti popisuje výroba výrobný proces a jeho rozdelenie. Práca v krátkosti popisuje systém Lean, teóriu čiernych labutí a priemysel 4.0. V praktickej časti bakalárskej práci je v prvých kapitolách predstavená nadnárodná spoločnosť, jej bohatá história a súčasná stratégia tejto nadnárodnej spoločnosti. Cieľom práce je pomocou použitej analýzy identifikovať rizikové faktory pre jednotlivé časti výrobného procesu, a následne na jeden najrizikovejší faktor navrhnúť opatrenia k eliminácii a zhodnotiť navrhnuté opatrenia.

Abstract:

The work is concerned with the risk management in a production process in a particular automotive company. At the beginning of the thesis there are mentioned theoretical definitions of risks and the risk management, analysis of risks and the method of the risk evaluations. Following in the theoretical part there is described the production, the production proccess and its division. The thesis describes the system Lean, the theory of black swans and the industry 4.0. In the practical part of the bachelor work is introduced multinational company, its rich history and its strategy. The aim of the thesis is to identify risky factors of each prodution process and following to suggest the measures to elimination and to assess the suggested measures.
