Hlavním cílem této práce je vytvoření podnikatelského plánu pro online pokerovou hernu. Podnikatelský plán je vytvořen pro interní účely, měl by sloužit k posouzení proveditelnosti a výnosnosti záměru. Plán je sestaven na základě struktury a poznatků popsaných v teoretické části práce. The main objective of this thesis is to create a business plan for online poker room. The business plan was created for internal use in order to assess the feasibility and profitability of the idea.
