Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou principu formální a materiální publicity veřejných seznamů obecně, zvláště pak katastru nemovitostí. The thesis deals with the principle of formal and material publicity of public registers in general, especially of the Land Registry. It focuses on the importance of both principles, as well as the conditions and consequences of their application in the Czech legal order.
