Study of optical response of ferromagnetic manganese oxides
Abstract:
V této bakalářské práci zkoumáme teplotní závislost optické odezvy tenké feromagnetické vrstvy La0.7Sr0.3MnO3 v rozsahu 7 − 400 K v rozsahu energií 0.11 − 6.50 eV pomocí spektroskopické elipsometrie. Věnujeme se chování optické vodivosti v okolí Curieovy teploty, TC, a identifikaci magnetického příspěvku do optické vodivosti. Abstract:
In this bachelor thesis, we study the optical response of ferromagnetic thin film of La0.7Sr0.3MnO3 using spectroscopic ellipsometry between 7 and 400 K and between 0.11 and 6.50 eV. We analyze the optical conductivity near the Curie temperature, TC, and we distinguish the magnetic and the non-magnetic contributions to the optical conductivity.
