Abstract:
Práce se zabývá všeobecnou problematikou motivace zaměstnanců, která je aplikovaná na podnik SPD, a.s. Po podrobné analýze současného stavu motivace, jsou zde navržena možná řešení na zlepšení situace.
Abstract:
This thesis deals with problem of universal motivation employees, which is apply to SPD, a.s. After detailet analysis current motivation situation in this company are in this thesis projec posibly method of solution to improve situation.
