The payroll accounting
Abstract:
Tato práce je zaměřena na mzdové účetnictví v České republice. Teoretická část se zabývá obecně mzdovou problematikou (daňové zatížení mezd, sociální a zdravotní pojištění, výpočet a účtování mezd) a legislativními změnami v oblasti mezd. Praktická část je zaměřena na mzdový systém v konkrétní firmě, který je vyhodnocen vybranými statistickými metodami.
Abstract:
This thesis is focused on payroll accounting in Czech Republic. Theoretical part is generally concerned with salary issue (taxation, social and health insurance, salary calculation and accounting), and the legislative changes of reward system. Practical part is concentrated on the salaries in concrete firm, which are evaluated by chosen statistical methods.
