Předkládaná bakalářská práce se zabývá vývojem státního dluhu a jeho dopady na ekonomické subjekty. V úvodu je proveden rozbor základních pojmů týkajících se problematiky státního dluhu. Dále jsou v práci obsaženy analýzy vývoje státního dluhu České republiky a dalších zemí EU. Cílem práce je komparovat vývoj zadlužení evropských zemí.
