Abstract:

Tato absolventská práce s názvem "Respektování důstojnosti člověka s postižením"se zaměřuje na hledání významu pojmu lidská důstojnost a promýšlí jeho význam ve vztahu k lidem s postižením. V práci jsou popsány a vysvětleny některé základní pojmy například zdravotní postižení, důstojnost, lidská práva. Na konkrétních příkladech je popsáno porušování lidské důstojnosti a v závěru práce je srovnání a popsání pojmu důstojnost v několik mezinárodních a jednom církevním dokumentu.

Abstract:

This graduation thesis entiled "Respect of dignyty of the person with disability" is focused on searching for meaning of a term human dignity and think over the meaning in relation to people with disabilities. In the thesis, there are described and explained some of the basic terms, for example disability, dignity and human rights. On particular examples is illustrated the violation of dignity and in the end of the thesis, there are comparison of and description of a term dignity in several international documents and in one church document.
