Inovace metody měření odporu vloženého prvku pro odrušení zapalovací svíčky

Abstract:

Práce se zabývá inovací metody měření odporu vloženého prvku ve firmě BRISK Tábor a.s., z důvodu zajištění konkurenceschopnosti podniku bylo nezbytné, aby došlo k úpravě stávající metody měření, což povede ke splnění požadovaných parametrů odporového zátavu. V úvodu je vymezen teoretický základ, který poskytuje základní informace o řešené problematice. Při vlastním praktickém zpracováním je převážně použita komparační metoda, jelikož srovnávám původní a inovovanou metodu měření a metoda experimentu, protože osobně provádím měření jednotlivými metodami. Došlo k úpravě metody měření tepelné závislosti tak aby nedocházelo k ochlazení zapalovací svíčky před samotným měřením a byla zavedena zjednodušená verze metody měření elektromagnetické slučitelnosti, aby se snížili náklady za provedení této zkoušky externím subjektem. Z důvodu zavedení inovace došlo ke snížení celkového času měření o 80 %, výsledky měření již nejsou zkreslené díky měření přímo v peci při stanovené teplotě. Přesnější výsledky byly použity vývojovým střediskem k úpravě složení směsi odporového zátavu a díky tomu se parametry samotného zátavu přiblížili konkurenci. Výsledky měření vzorků s upravenou směsí odporového zátavu dokazují snížení degradace odporu při změně teploty o 8 %.

Abstract:

The work deals with innovation methods of measuring the resistance element embedded in the company BRISK Tabor a.s., in order to ensure the competitiveness of the company was necessary to adapt existing methods of measurement, which will lead to the desired composition of the mixture of the resistive seal. The introduction defines the theoretical foundations, which provides basic information about resolving the issue. In actual practice, the processing is predominantly used comparative method, as comparing the original and innovative method for the measurement and experiment since I do all measurements by myself. An adjustment of a method of measuring temperature dependence is designed to avoid cooling of the spark plug before the measurement itself was made also a simplified version of the method of measurement of electromagnetic compatibility is introduced, promised to reduce costs for this test by an external body. Because of the introduction of innovations, there is reduce the total measurement time by 80 %, the measurement results are not distorted due making measurements directly in the oven at a specified temperature. More accurate results were used by development center to modify the composition of the mixture of the resistive seal so the properties of the seal itself are closer to the competition. Results of measurements of samples with new mixture of resistive seal shows decreased degradation resistance because of a temperature change of 8 %.
