Povrchem zesílená Ramanova spektroskopie (SERS) je metoda vycházející z principu Ramanovy spektroskopie, avšak díky přítomnosti kovových nanočástic zde dochází ke značnému zvýšení citlivosti metody. Surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy (SERS) is a method based on the principle of Raman spectroscopy; however, due to the presence of metal nanoparticles, the sensitivity of the method is significantly increased. The properities of used nanoparticles can significantly influence characters of obtained spectra.
