Tzv. nekalé obchodní praktiky v českém právním řádu

Unfair Business Practices in Czech Law
Abstract:
Tématem bakalářské práce jsou nekalé obchodní praktiky v českém právním řádu s důrazem na obchodní praktiky klamavé a agresivní. Cílem je posoudit českou právní úpravu a její kompatibilitu s evropskou regulací po transpozici směrnice Evropského parlamentu a pojmenovat vztah právní regulace nekalých obchodních praktik s úpravou nekalé soutěže.
Abstract:
The theme of my work are unfair business practices in the Czech legal system with emphasis on the commercial misleading and aggressive practices. The aim is to assess the Czech legislation and its compatibility with European regulation after the transposition of the European Parliament and the naming relationship of legal regulation of unfair business practices in regulating unfair competition.
