Jan V. Pojer's series „Atlantis“ and its processing in the Moravian Library in Brno

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá zpracováním části bibliofilské edice Atlantis Jana V. Pojera. Svazky edice jsou součástí knižního fondu Studovny rukopisů a starých tisků Moravské zemské knihovny. Práce je tvořena dvěma stěžejními částmi. V první části se nachází vypracované katalogizační záznamy svazků Atlantidy. Druhou část práce tvoří komentář, který se podrobněji vyjadřuje k edici, tvůrcům a současně zasazuje zpracované svazky do kontextu literární kritiky. V závěru je zhodnocen přínos Pojerovy edice a jsou navrženy další možnosti využití této práce.

Abstract:

The Bachelor thesis deals with processing of the part of Jan V. Pojer’s series Atlantis. Volumes in the series are part of literary fund of the Manuscripts & Early Printed Books in the Moravian Library in Brno. The thesis is formed into two main parts. In the first part there are processed catalogue records. The second part comments series, its makers and concurrently gives processed volumes into context of literary criticism. The end of this thesis evaluates the importance and benefits of Pojer’s series, further, the possible use of the thesis is suggested.
