Velocity of complexing movement during back defense in volleyball

Abstract:

Který ze dvou způsobů vybírání míče při obraně v poli ve volejbalu je rychlejší a výhodnější? To je otázka, která se týká této bakalářské práce. Teoretická část zahrnuje krátkou historii volejbalu, techniku vybírání, za jakých okolností vznikl post libera a celkovou obranu pole ve hře i s potřebnými přesuny a postoji. Praktická část nám odpovídá na otázky týkající se četnosti dvou způsobů vybírání míče při obraně v poli v české nejvyšší volejbalové ženské soutěži. Výsledková část ukazuje, který způsob zahájení pohybu při obraně v poli je rychlejší a metody, které byly k tomuto výsledku použity.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis addresses the question of which of the two ways of volleyball passing in back defence is faster and more advantageous. The theoretical part includes a short history of volleyball, the technique of passing (i.e. receiving a service or after an attack) in back defence, the introduction of the libero in volleyball, and the overall system of defence in the game including necessary movements and postures. The practical part investigates the frequency of two ways of passing the ball in back defence in the Czech women's highest volleyball league. The practical part includes the methods used in the research and the results showing which way of starting the motion in back defence is faster.
