Diamonds and investment possibilities

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce je věnována problematice diamantů a možností investování do nich. První část práce je zaměřena na popis vlastností a hodnocení diamantů. Dále jsou v této části uvedena světová naleziště, způsoby těžby diamantů a jejich zpracování, na které navazuje obchodování s diamanty. Tyto skutečnosti mají investorovi přiblížit diamant a jsou v práci uvedeny pro lepší pochopení investic do diamantů. Rozborem samotného investování do diamantů a vyhodnocením investice se zabývá druhá část práce, která vyúsťuje v doporučení investorům z pohledu silných a slabých stránek diamantů a příležitostí a hrozeb této investice.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis is devoted to an issue of diamonds and opportunity to invest into them. The first part is focused on a characteristics and classification of diamonds. Furthermore, there are listed a world deposits, methods of its mining and processing which is followed by trading in diamonds. These pieces of information should approach the diamond to an investor and in this diploma thesis are given for a better understanding of investments into diamonds. Analysis of the investment into diamonds and evaluation of investment are the main purposes of the second part of this thesis, which leads to a recommendation for investors from view of strengths and weaknesses of diamonds and opportunities and threats of this investment.
