Aesthetics education methodology for inclusion of socially handicapped students. A study at an elementary school community center

Abstract:

V této diplomové práci jsem se zabývala problematikou začlenění sociálně znevýhodněných žáků z Komunitního centra při základní škole do života mimo komunitu soc. vyloučené lokality. Prostřednictvím metod estetické a dramatické výchovy. Cílem této práce bylo zkvalitnění kompetencí žáků a jejich sebeprezentace. Posílit samostatnost v rozhodování žáků a narušit tak jejich závislost na stereotypech komunity. Diplomová práce je rozdělena na dvě části. Teoretická část je věnována popisu problematiky a východiskům jejího řešení z pohledu vzdělávacího a výchovného. Aplikační část obsahuje konkrétní obsahové vymezení metodických listů, obhajobu v nich použitých metod, praktické poznámky k jejich realizaci a vyhodnocení realizace. Funkčnost metodických listů byla ověřena realizací jednotlivých lekcí, proto je aplikační část doplněna fotodokumentací jejich průběhu.

Abstract:

This master's thesis covers methodologies to integrate socially handicapped students at an elementary school community center in orderfor them to become members of the society outside their community residing in a socially excluded area. By way of aesthetic and dramatic education. The goals of the presented approaches are to improve social skills and self-presentation of the stu-dents, bolstering their self-reliance in making decisions, thus breaking their dependency on the stereotypes of the community of their origin. The thesis consists of two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part descri-bes the area of interest and proposes solutions from the pedagogical and educative per-spectives. The practical part defines particular methodical documents, details implemen-tation methods contained within, and evaluates the implementation. The soundness of the methodical documents was confirmed by their implementation as is evidenced by the included photo-documentation.
